These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in promotional campaigns and discount code offers provided by Cactus Capital, S.L., company registration number B67170761 (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By signing up to receive a discount code through our campaign page, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Campaign Participation

To receive a discount code, users must provide:

First name
Last name
Email address
Mobile phone number

Upon submitting the form and clicking “Get my discount code”, the user:

Confirms that the information provided is accurate
Accepts these Terms and Conditions
Consents to receiving communication related to the campaign

After successful registration:

The discount code will be displayed on screen
A confirmation message will be sent via email and/or SMS

2. Use of the Discount Code

The discount code is personal and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
The code must be presented at the time of booking or on-site (if applicable).
The code is valid until the expiration date specified in the campaign.
Expired codes cannot be reactivated or extended.
Only one code may be used per booking unless otherwise stated.

Additional campaign-specific conditions may apply. These will be displayed on the campaign page and form part of these Terms.

3. Communication

By registering for the campaign, the user agrees to receive:

A confirmation email and/or SMS containing the discount code
Reminder messages if the code has not been used
A reminder before the code expires

Users also consent to receiving future marketing communications from the Company, where permitted by applicable law.

Users may withdraw consent at any time by:

Clicking the unsubscribe link in email communications
Contacting the Company directly

4. Personal Data Processing

The Company is the data controller for personal data collected in connection with this campaign.

Personal data collected includes:

Name
Email address
Phone number
Booking usage related to the discount code

The data is processed for the purposes of:

Administering the campaign
Delivering the discount code
Sending reminders
Managing customer relationships
Future marketing communications (where consent has been provided)

All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Users have the right to:

Request correction
Request deletion
